On October 29 2005, Hollywood Forever, the Cemetery in Los Angeles, California where Dee Dee is buried and Johnny's monument stands tall, celebrated the Day of the Dead festival. Or as they say in Mexico, where this is a centuries old tradition, Dia de los Muertos. Since being Hollywood, however, the event is a mixture of ancient Mexican tradition and show business production value. They do it every year. So do yourself a favor and even if you have to travel far, let's say Europe, Japan or South America, just do it. I promise you that you will be impressed and have a drop dead good time.
